Bio

Born into a “Real Estate Family” Sam Odagbodo has been involved in real estate since he could remember. Sam graduated from University of Maryland: ES in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration focused in Marketing. After graduation, Sam launched his professional career with Penske Corporation where he rapidly advanced in the organization, holding roles in management, rental and long-term contract sales. In conjunction with his corporate career, Sam is one of the partners at Odagbodo Investments, LLC, a company started in 2013 which focused on buying and developing real estate in Philadelphia, PA. He is also the President/Founder of Reliable Investment Consulting which is focused on providing the highest level of customer service, and reliable advice to clients and customers looking to either buy or sell real estate in Washington, DC, & Maryland. I am looking to connect with sellers, buyers, investors, in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.


DANIELLE GAYNOR, MSRE

Bio

My expertise includes negotiating, comparative marketing analysis, pricing properties to sell, high-end real estate marketing strategies, real estate acquisition for new or seasoned buyers, commercial real estate leasing and sale, real estate renovation and renovation pricing, real estate wealth creation strategies, foreclosure prevention and investment opportunities.

I am a Licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland and The District of Columbia. I am not your typical real estate agent. I hold a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Residential Construction Certified (RCC). I am also a member of NAR, NAOIP, IREM and I am a candidate member of the CCIM.

Currently, I work with Bennett Realty Solutions in Greenbelt Maryland as a Commercial and Residential REALTOR. I have a passion for Real Estate wealth creation and helping my clients achieve their financial goals using real estate investment as a vehicle. In addition to serving my clients as a full-time REALTOR, I also serve as the CEO of Stacks Developments, LLC a minority-owned, woman-owned, and black-owned business. Here I am responsible for assisting my partners in the acquisition of profitable real estate investments between Baltimore City, MD, and Washington, DC.


Rashod Sibert

Bio

Growing up in rural North Carolina, I struggled to find decent opportunities to better my life. I’ve always excelled academically, so I knew that with access to the right resources, I could create those opportunities for myself and others ultimately becoming the customer service advocate I wish I had. As a Military Veteran, I realized my passion for service and committed to serving my community at a young age.

I’ve been called a dreamer but making my dream to serve others a reality, in a big way, has become my life’s mission. After moving to Maryland in 2013, I actively got involved with the community becoming a mentor for Community Youth Advance (formerly Mentoring 2 Manhood) in Prince George’s County, and taking up marketing gigs to become a better customer service advocate. I worked for Washington Sanitary Suburban Commission in the interim, performing environmental testing at residential and commercial properties, organizing watershed cleanups, and representing the organization at school career days. With a natural understanding and empathy for people, I set precedence as a Student Leader becoming the very first Parliamentarian, revitalizing and presiding over the College’s Model United Nations Club and being a runner up for Student Trustee. Along with obtaining the very first “Politics in Action” award from the Humanities Department, I obtained my degree in Environmental Science and Policy at Montgomery College here locally. Those successes have motivated me to continue my mission providing food, shelter, and a clean environment to students and residents in my local community. With access to these basic resources, creating opportunity in life is more attainable.

In 2019 I took my goals beyond the campus and began studying to become a Real Estate agent so that I could truly provide housing resources for families and others actively struggling to create opportunity in the community at large. In 2020 I finished Real Estate schooling at the top of my class and went on to pass my exam on the first try. At the onset of the 2020 economic and health crisis, I registered my first business A La Carte providing food distribution through a Virtual Kitchen network inspired by renowned chefs while employing local cooks with little to no experience. We served over 100 people including donations to shelters in our first year. I also served as Community Ambassador for a local Commercial co-working space where I managed the property and played a major role in the acquisition of new tenants working on creating their own entrepreneurial opportunities. My drive to carry out my mission and identify possibilities has encouraged me to take the next step and join a team who shares my same compassion for others. Here at Reliable Investment Consulting, my clients can expect dedication and excellent communication when negotiating the best deal for them while leveraging time and access to resources. I am looking to help primary home buyers and investors identify and negotiate the best options, help sellers showcase their home in the best light and sell their home for top dollar, and place tenants efficiently in creative ways that benefit them and their landlord through continued property management opportunities and predicting the needs of those I serve.
